Core Education

The Core Recovery Method® protocol begins with education about how your core works, what leads to core dysfunction, and how to prevent and heal it. Learn how to assess your core muscles to determine whether they are functioning properly and understand the frequent complications that can result from core muscle dysfunction. Learn important dietary and behavioral strategies that are a cornerstone to good core hygiene and lead to optimal core health.

 

Core Therapy

Rehabilitate and strengthen with a unique combination of self therapy techniques focused on resolving core muscle dysfunction and optimizing organ position. Learn active and passive organ positioning strategies, step by step instructions on how to eliminate trigger points from your core, and powerful breathing exercises that return your core to its optimal state. These therapeutic techniques will prepare your body for Hypopressive Training and Glute Strengthening.

 

Hypopressive Training

Learn a powerful technique that will reduce pressure in the abdomen, lift and center your pelvic organs, decompress your spine, and strengthen your deepest core muscles. Learn the foundational principles of hypopressive breathing and receive step by step guidance on how to progress through the beginner, intermediate and advanced levels of hypopressive training. Choose from a wide variety of hypopressive flows to follow along with.

 

Glute Strengthening

The glutes are one of the most important muscles in your body and a critical part of your core. Glute strength is directly linked to overall health and longevity. Glute weakness is directly linked to core, spine and pelvic floor dysfunction. You will be guided through my favorite at home exercises and routines which will strengthen your glutes, improve circulation to your pelvis, and create deep strength and stability in your core.
